What we believe.
First, and foremost, with the right system and support, there is no longer a need to choose between going fast alone or far together. Today, companies can go both fast and far.
Three convictions sit underneath this and guide everything we do.

We are sector-agnostic by design. Architectural fit matters more than category. That said, areas of high conviction include AI-native education, healthcare, climate, children's media, financial inclusion, and the platforms that will sit underneath all of them.

How we work with portfolio companies.
We provide full access to the systems, frameworks, methodologies and tools of Exponential Organizations, OpenExO and the Organizational Singularity — together with the human and AI support used by hundreds of companies from start-ups to Fortune 50. This is “done WITH you” vs. “by you” or “for you”. We include the latest, high-level, proprietary and private client-level access.

01Backcast first.
Before the first agent ships, we run the Backcasting Canvas: define the destination architecture, then work back. The roadmap follows the destination, not the other way round.

02Stand up the Minimal Viable Intelligence Stack.
One event bus, basic agent registry, central logging, one agent per class. One week of work, decades of compounding.

Our first portfolio company: The 99 Kids.
In Q1 2026, the fund made its first investment in The 99 Kids, a values-driven children's media company built around the belief that every child deserves access to stories that reflect their culture, language, and inner courage. The company is using proprietary AI tools to produce personalized, age-appropriate, multi-platform content at scale.
From our side, it is the pilot environment for applying the Organizational Singularity playbook inside a venture-backed company: standing up the Intelligence Stack, designing the agent and data specifications, and running GOVERN / ASSURE in production. The lessons will feed directly into fund investments and inform our, and OpenExO, pilot cohorts.
Early results have the company ahead of plan for results and expected valuation.
